Return and exchanges
We accept exchanges only on merchandise that has not been worn, ridden, or otherwise used / abused. All purchases received within 30 days (post dated) from the purchase date are eligible for an exchange or store credit only and must be accompanied by the original tag. Store credit never expires and is kept in a file.
Payment Method
All of our prices are in U.S. dollars, and we accept payment via: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. We use PayPal.com, a credit card gateway, to enable you to safely and securely use your credit card. If you choose to pay by a secure server using your Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express., you will be prompted to enter your credit card number. We never store credit card information in our database or on our server. This is done by PayPal.com whose entire business is a secure SSL encrypted credit card processing. We, and the administrator, have no access to your credit card numbers on our web server. We do not sell or otherwise provide any information in our database to third parties. All checks/money orders are processed through mail. Please call for product availability.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Surfers Supplies is located in Ocean City, New Jersey We are required by law to collect a 7% New Jersey State sales tax on orders delivered within New Jersey only, this does not include clothing items – clothing items are non taxable in the state of NJ. If you are outside of New Jersey your orders are tax free regardless of the type of goods you have purchased.

If an Item is out of stock on our website we may have that item in our retail store. Please call us 609.399.8399 to find out if an out of stock item may be available thru our retail store and we will set up the appropriate method to place your order by phone.
